We believe in Privacy. Not just because of the PII regulations, but also because it is your choice with whom you share your personal information.
As a result, each SmartUser will not actually provide personally identifiable information, (which is another reason why donations are only ever to be made to registered and screened charities, and never to individuals).

What information is provided to us may be of use to others, for their own market research, marketing campaigns, or in some other shape and form.

We won’t share the information we have about you without your consent. And if you do agree to share some or all of the information we have on your account, balance, or application/website usage information (naturally NOT including any directly identifiable personal information, and we have NO access to your personal financial purchase information), your pots will be rewarded as a reflection of how and where your information gets used.

We have very strict sharing rules, top notch data security, and really know our stuff. Please realise that reputation is everything, and we will do our best never to compromise yours.
